The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Identification and Registration of Animals"

The Law defines organizational and legal principles of identification and registration of animals in order to receive timely and reliable information about the cattle stock concerning sex, age, breed and their location. The Laws aims at administration and forecasting of markets of livestock production and control over the epizootic situation in Ukraine.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.3008.
